These platform terms describe safe use of the service. Signed client, employment, placement, and service agreements remain separate and take priority for their subject matter.
Authorized access
Use only your own verified identity and the workspace, candidate, or secure link assigned to you. Do not bypass access boundaries, share tokens, scrape private records, or upload information you are not permitted to provide.
Recruitment decisions
Automated and advisory results are evidence, not final decisions. Authorized people must review the relevant record and remain accountable for any progression, decline, offer, verification, or placement action.
Accuracy and lawful use
Provide accurate information, respect candidate rights, and use personal information only for the disclosed purpose. Report suspected unauthorized access or incorrect records promptly to support@edgetalent.work.
Availability and records
Access may be paused to protect the service, comply with a legal obligation, or resolve an authorization problem. Accountable actions, security events, consent, and approvals may be retained as controlled evidence under the applicable privacy notice and agreement.
