How Edge Talent handles personal information.

This platform notice explains the common service controls. A vacancy-specific notice identifies the hiring organization and approved policy version before application information is collected.

Who is responsible

The organization named on a vacancy determines the recruitment purpose and makes hiring decisions. Edge Talent operates the secure recruitment service and processes information for that organization. Platform privacy questions can be sent to support@edgetalent.work.

Information and purpose

We handle identity and contact details, role answers, CVs, assessment or interview evidence, consent records, security logs, and accountable hiring outcomes only for the disclosed recruitment, placement, service, security, and legal purposes.

Human decisions

Published rules and advisory scoring may organize evidence or identify material gaps. They do not independently hire, shortlist, progress, or reject a person. Authorized people remain responsible for every consequential recruitment decision and its recorded reason.

Retention criteria

  • Active application information is retained while the vacancy and accountable hiring process remain open.
  • After an outcome, the approved tenant retention deadline controls deletion or de-identification.
  • A documented legal hold pauses ordinary deletion only for the affected record and is released when the hold ends.
  • Security and audit evidence is retained separately for the period required to investigate access and prove accountable handling.

Your requests

Use the vacancy application reference when requesting access, correction, withdrawal, restriction, or deletion. Do not send identity documents through ordinary email. Applicability depends on the hiring organization’s obligations and any active legal hold.
